At the Phoenix Guitar Company, we like to work closely with our customers through the ordering and building process.
If you are able to come to our shop, we will be glad to show you our available woods, and work with you to determine the woods, body style, neck size, inlays, costs, etc. to make your Phoenix Guitar the perfect instrument for you.
If you are not in the area and can't stop by, we will work with you by phone and e-mail to help you pick out your woods, and discuss any options you'd like. We will photograph the possible woods, inlays, etc. and send the photos to you, to help you decide what will work best for you, and will send updates as requested to let you know where the process is, and if your guitar is on schedule.
If you don't regularly use e-mail, then write your request on a bookmatched, master grade set of appalachian spruce, and send it to:
